Melissa Garcia Carro
The workshop and jam are designed to offer participants a space for addressing their personal physical needs while challenging their movement and creative skills.
The objective is to create an open explorative ground for individuals within the collective.
We will explore fundamental concepts such as listening, engaging, resisting, and following through visualisations, somatic exercises, contact improvisation tasks, and score-based improvisations.
In essence, the session will involve dancing, drawing, talking, and more dancing!
