The Podium, was initiated in 2018 as an art collective for visual and performance artists. This year it presents a diptych of works which look into the female experience in a male dominated world. The evening starts with “In His Shadow | Room 1” by Andromachi Dimitriadou Lindahl and continues with ζω[ον] (animal/living being) by Anthi Kettirou. Power, oppression, stereotypes, the male gaze in contrast with the female gaze, are concepts that the two creators deal with in their works.
