Working in Groups
two-day workshop in Kakopetria by Dance House Lefkosia
Working in Groups is a two-day workshop in Kakopetria designed to provide practical tools for improving the functioning and collaboration of creative teams in the fields of the arts and creative production.
How do you build a team that works harmoniously? How do you manage tensions and conflicts within the creative process? How do you work productively in the arts—whether in creation or organization? How do you prepare for meetings with institutional and government bodies?
The workshop includes a seminar with Vasiliki Christofi on communication skills and managing a team of collaborators. On the second day, facilitated by Petros Konnaris, we’ll begin with an introduction to creative tools and practices for building trust, clarity, and a framework for collaboration within the team. In closing, participants will have the opportunity to put into practice, together with their team, the conflict management tools they have acquired, with the goal of achieving more effective communication within the team.
